Owatonna’s Anytime Fitness’ tenant build-out design, located in a former Wal-Mart building, provides high visibility in its exterior and high-quality interiors that is ready for the anytime-drive to exercise. Based on previous fitness center experience, Brunton Architects and Engineers was able to optimize the use of the 4,200 s.f. space with the various types of equipment while still preserving an open concept feel. With its ample areas, well-lit spaces, and diversity of equipment, members are provided with a comfortable space to exercise twenty-four hours a day.
