bLUE EARTH MUSEUM | BLUE EARTH,MN

Brunton Architects & Engineers was selected to assist the City of Blue Earth in the design of their new Welcome Center and Museum. The 4,500 s.f. wood-framed facility includes a welcome center, gift shop, an office, and a 2,000 s.f. museum area to showcase the City’s history.  From the inside of the facility the Jolly Green Giant statue can be viewed through the large windows. The exterior of the building is comprised of stone veneer and board and batten siding which help to achieve its country-style appearance. The city has been very pleased with the addition of the Welcome Center and with its prominent location it offers a welcoming experience to the community and visitors.
