The facility’s design was intended to seamlessly blend with the aesthetic of surrounding buildings while maintaining the traditional functions of a bus garage. This bus garage is a 10,703 s.f. precast concrete facility equipped with 10 garage bays and includes a large wash bay for buses. The facility also includes a 2,100 s.f. mezzanine for storage and stocked inventory of frequently used bus parts. The garage has in-floor heating throughout and trench drains to prevent standing water. The facility is also equipped with a maintenance shop for repairs, administrative offices, restrooms, and work spaces for staff.
