Due to the increasing space needs of the Palmer Bus Services company in North Mankato, MN the company elected to employee Brunton Architects & Engineers for the design for a new 62,900 s.f. facility. The building includes offices, meeting rooms, wash bay, mechanical shop, body shop, storage areas, a drive-through paint booth with preparation and finishing areas, and a 40,000 s.f. unheated bus garage. The efficiently designed new facility allowed the company to consolidate all their various operations into one building.
